We don't just cast metal; we manage the entire lifecycle of the part:
  • Cold Chamber Technology: Our machines isolate the molten aluminum furnace from the injection system, minimizing iron contamination and ensuring high alloy purity.
  • Precision Tooling: We design molds with optimized cooling channels and overflow wells to minimize porosity and extend mold life (typically 80k - 100k shots).
  • CNC Post-Machining: Castings often require precise threads or sealing surfaces. Our in-house CNC shop mills sealing faces and taps holes to tolerances of ±0.01mm.
  • Surface Finishing: Raw castings have a "skin." We offer Shot Blasting (to remove flash and unify texture), Powder Coating, Anodizing, and Chromate Conversion for corrosion protection.
  • Leak Testing: For fluid handling parts (pumps, valves), we perform 100% pressure decay testing to ensure hermetic seals.

Alloy Grade Characteristics Typical Applications
A380 (USA) The most common alloy. Excellent fluidity, pressure tightness, and resistance to hot cracking. General purpose housings, brackets, electrical boxes, gear cases.
ADC12 (Japan/China) Similar to A380 but slightly better filling capabilities. High strength and good machinability. Automotive components, electronic device frames, complex thin-wall parts.
AlSi9Cu3 (Europe) The European standard. Good strength retention at high temperatures. Engine parts, heat exchangers.
A360 Superior corrosion resistance and pressure tightness compared to A380. Marine parts, outdoor enclosures, pump bodies.
