Founded in Shenzhen by Xiao Qiang. Inaugural investment included 20 CNC plastic machines and 5 CNC Metal machining centers, establishing CNC precision machining as the core business, primarily serving local customers.
2018
Began expanding overseas markets and established partnerships with global customers. Added 25 CNC machines (mainly 3‑axis and 4‑axis), bringing the total CNC count to 50. Introduced turning, grinding, and wire EDM processes, extending capabilities beyond milling. Export share increased significantly.
2019
Invested in R&D and high‑end talent, recruiting an experienced engineering team. Introduced the first 5‑axis CNC machines (Haas and Mazak), enabling complex part machining. Began building an in‑house toolroom with EDM and grinding machines, gaining basic mold making and repair capabilities. Quality system implementation was initiated.
2020
Obtained ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, IATF 16949 certifications and established a second production base in Dongguan. Major capacity expansion:
Total CNC machines increased from 50 to 150+ (including 25+ Haas/Mazak 5‑axis, 3‑axis, 4‑axis, turning, grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM);
Built a dedicated sheet metal shop with an initial 30+ units (laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, riveting, finishing).
The company now had two major process clusters – CNC and sheet metal – with in‑house tooling support.
2023
Added an International Marketing Department and hired 50+ new professionals, bringing total employees to over 220 (including 30 highly skilled technicians). To meet diverse needs for rapid prototyping and low‑volume production, a new industrial 3D printing center was established with 50+ industrial systems (SLS, MJF, FDM, SLA, DLP, metal SLM). An injection molding shop was also added with 35+ injection molding machines for mass production.
A dedicated quality lab was built, equipped with Zeiss CMM, optical projector, surface roughness tester, hardness tester, achieving stable tolerances of ±0.005mm. The company officially offered a one‑stop platform covering five major processes: CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication (including staming), 3D printing, injection molding, and rapid tooling.
2026
Fully advanced intelligent and automated manufacturing by introducing automated production lines and robotic loading/unloading systems, enabling unattended operation across sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding shops. Total equipment count exceeded 300 units. The company successfully entered high‑end sectors such as medical devices, aerospace structural parts, new energy vehicle core components and semi-conductor industrial. Jucheng Precision now delivers faster, more precise, and more reliable solutions through a digital and automated manufacturing ecosystem.
