What is Reaction Injection Molding?
The reaction injection molding process involves mixing two-component polyurethane materials and injecting them into rapid molds under normal temperature and low-pressure conditions. The materials undergo chemical and physical processes such as polymerization, crosslinking, and curing to form high-quality finished products.
