  • Hardware Insertion (PEM): We utilize advanced hydraulic presses (e.g., Haeger) to install self-clinching nuts, studs, standoffs, and captive screws. We verify installation force to ensure push-out and torque-out performance meets specifications.
  • Riveting: For permanent non-welded joints, we offer Pop Riveting (blind rivets) and Solid Riveting (aerospace style), ideal for joining dissimilar materials like aluminum to steel.
  • Mechanical Assembly: We install third-party hardware such as hinges, latches, handles, rubber feet, and gaskets, delivering a complete enclosure.
  • Kitting & Packaging: We can sort and bag mating parts (screws, brackets) into kits, or package finish-painted parts in custom foam to prevent transit damage.
  • Bonding: We apply industrial structural adhesives (VHB tape, Epoxy) for applications where welding or mechanical fasteners are not suitable.
