  • Color Matching: We precisely match colors to Pantone (PMS), RAL, or physical color chips using spectrophotometers, ensuring your brand identity is consistent.
  • Texture Variety: From High Gloss (Wet look) and Satin to Dead Matte and Splatter/Texture finishes that simulate mold texturing (VDI standards).
Specialty Coatings:
  • Soft-Touch: A rubberized coating that gives hard plastic a velvety, warm feel.

We formulate specific primer and paint combinations for different materials to ensure adhesion (Cross-Hatch Test pass):
Material Class Preparation Required Common Finishes
Plastics (ABS, PC, PC/ABS) Best. Needs minimal prep. Adhesion is excellent. Color matching, Soft-Touch, High Gloss.
Nylon (PA) / POM Difficult. Requires flame treatment or specialized primers due to chemical resistance. Textured functional coatings.
3D Printed Parts (SLA/SLS) Heavy Prep. Requires sanding and high-build primer to fill layer lines. Smooth cosmetic finish hiding all print marks.
Metals (Al, Steel) Requires degreasing and acid etching wash primers. Automotive grade enamels, clear coats over polish.
