Metal printing is a complex process requiring strict metallurgical control. Our capabilities include:
  • High-Density Fusion: We optimize laser parameters to achieve 99.8%+ part density, delivering mechanical properties comparable to (and sometimes exceeding) wrought materials.
  • Hybrid Manufacturing: DMLS parts often require tight tolerances on bearing surfaces. We combine 3D printing with 5-Axis CNC Machining to finish critical features to ±0.01mm.
  • Thermal Processing: We perform in-house Stress Relief and Heat Treatment (Aging/Annealing) to remove internal residual stresses and optimize the microstructure of alloys like Titanium and Inconel.
  • Support Removal: We utilize wire EDM and manual finishing to remove the rigid metal support structures required during the printing process.
