  • Q Can I use my own material for production?

    A
    Yes, customer-supplied material is fine so long as it fits with our machine capabilities.
     

  • Q What type of design files does Inco Prototypes accept for quoting?

    A
    ⦁ In order to provide an accurate and timely quote, we only accept 3D CAD files in STP, STEP, PRT or IGS format.
    ⦁ For 2D drawings with reference dimensions must be in PDF format. 
     

  • Q How long does a quotation take?

    A
    In most cases, we respond within a couple of hours of receiving an RFQ for rapid prototyping project. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
     

  • Q How do I get a quote?

    ⦁ 3D/2D  (3D is better for getting more accurate price)

    ⦁ Post-Treatment (If you do need it, you can write: as machined)  
    ⦁ Once we have the required info,you'll get an interactive quote within hours. If there are problem areas in the submitted design, our quoting engineers provides detailed information on the potential manufacturing issues and suggests possible solutions.
